Return & Refund Polic

At FillatGD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1.  Return Window
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2.  Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unopened & Unused: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging (including shrink wrap).
Opened but Unused: If the box is opened but the product is never activated or flown (for drones), it can be returned but may be subject to a restocking fee.
Accessories: All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.
Please Note for Drones/Cameras:
Due to the nature of hobby-grade electronics, we do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, crash damage, or have been activated (e.g., DJI activation).  If a returned drone is found to be damaged or activated, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
3.  Restocking Fees
Defective/Wrong Item: No restocking fee.  We will cover all costs.
Customer Remorse (Changed Mind):
Unopened items: No restocking fee.
Opened box (non-defective): We charge a 15% - 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
4.  Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5.  Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific product page, all products are subject to this Return & Refund Policy. If a product page lists different return terms (e.g., 'Final Sale', 'Clearance', or specific warranty terms), those specific terms shall take precedence over this general policy. We will clearly mark any such exceptions on the product page for your attention.
